Rosy indeed!

Everything is Rosy Medley from Stampin’ Up was available for sale around May 2019. At the time, I resisted buying it for whatever reason. But the more I saw cards with it, the more I liked and NEEDED it. Thank goodness I have a fellow SU! Demonstrater that had an extra one she was ready to part with this summer. It was on the SU! clearance rack also, after I got a set from my friend. Never know what will pop up on the sale rack, I always keep my eye on it!

Night of Navy and Melon Mambo with Rose gold are stunning! The pink and rose gold pop so nicely with the navy. The medley came with Rose gold embellishment dots that are shiny. I used them for the flower middles. I typically have not found a way to incorporate the dies that cut edges with shapes (like the leaves here). With this card design, it was easy to use those edge dies! This is a card layout that will become a staple for me (dsp+dies!). I have some retired Snowflake dies that create a fun edge that I am NOW excited to use!

In my daily perusal of card/paper crafting challenges, I was inspired by the following challenges. Alphabet Challenge-N is for Navy; Retro Rubber #145 Tic Tac Toe used metallic, dot embellishment, die cuts, and stamp set over 1 year old; Less is More #430 CASe challenge

Challenge card
This card uses the premade flower and sentiment cut outs that come with the medley.
When closed, the flowers will cover the sentiment. Love this angled fun fold card layout!

  3. Both your cards are stunning the amazing colouring of the first is wonderfully dramatic I really fell in love with it. The second, wow a z fold on something other than a slimline card and it looks awesome. Brilliant work, wanders off in awe. x

  4. Absolutely gorgeous colours and I love that paper in the background section. The sentiment placement is great and I like that you’ve used navy as your white space. Thanks so much for sharing with us at Less is More, Anita x
